TERMS OF SERVICE

- I will start working after I receive a confirmed payment.
-The sketch will be sent after the payment.
- They're for personal use only. Commercial use will be charged extra.
- After the sketching phase, any editing requests will incur an additional fee (Extra changes will be charged for $5 each).
- The time for completion of the piece varies depending on complexity, simple illustrations can be completed within 5 days and detailed/complex pieces can take 7-14 days
- Once the picture is finished, small changes like color adjustments / adding small details (or fixing mistakes) could be done for free.
- Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be charged extra (Extra changes will be charged for $5 each).
- I have the right to upload the commission on my social media and I will credit you as the owner of the characters (unless you are not comfortable with it, please tell me).
- Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions.

- Mình sẽ bắt đầu làm việc sau khi nhận được thanh toán.
- Sketch sẽ được gửi sau khi thanh toán.
- Comm chỉ dành cho mục đích sử dụng cá nhân. Sử dụng thương mại sẽ được tính thêm phí.
- Sau giai đoạn sketch, mọi yêu cầu chỉnh sửa sẽ phải trả thêm phí (50k/1 lần sửa).
- Thời gian hoàn thành comm tùy thuộc vào độ phức tạp, minh họa đơn giản có thể hoàn thành trong vòng 3 ngày và minh họa chi tiết, phức tạp có thể mất 7-14 ngày.
- Sau khi hoàn thành comm, những thay đổi nhỏ như điều chỉnh màu sắc, thêm chi tiết nhỏ (hoặc sửa lỗi) có thể được thực hiện miễn phí.
- Bất kỳ thay đổi lớn nào (ví dụ: thay đổi quần áo, tư thế, bối cảnh) sẽ bị tính thêm phí (50k/1 lần sửa).
- Mình có quyền đăng comm lên mạng xã hội của mình và sẽ ghi bạn là chủ sở hữu comm (trừ khi bạn không thoải mái với nó, hãy nói mình biết).
- Khi bạn đã đồng ý thanh toán có nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận các điều khoản và điều kiện này.

“Personal use” means that the illustration will NOT generate any kind of profit (monetary or promotion)
“Commercial use” means that the illustration will GENERATE some kind of profit, whether it is monetary, in the shape of merchandise, or to promote yourself, a Youtube channel, an online shop, game assets, etc.

“Sử dụng cho mục đích cá nhân” có nghĩa là hình minh họa sẽ KHÔNG tạo ra cho bạn bất kỳ loại lợi nhuận nào (kiếm tiền cũng như quảng cáo).
“Sử dụng cho mục đích thương mại” có nghĩa là hình minh họa sẽ TẠO ra cho bạn một số loại lợi nhuận, cho dù đó là tiền tệ, dưới dạng hàng hóa hay để quảng bá bản thân, kênh Youtube, cửa hàng trực tuyến, nội dung trò chơi, v.v.
